How We Do It

Lean Startup Methodology

The Methodology

We are strong believers in the Lean Startup Methodology developed by Eric Ries (yup, the diamond analogy – see what we did there?)

This methodology was created for, and has been hugely successful in assisting entrepreneurs like you.

As per the Lean Startup Principles, we identify the key assumptions of the business model, such as whether customers are interested in the idea, whether the product is easy to use, and verifying that those beliefs are true.

The original minimum viable product (MVP) definition is “a version of a new product which allows a team to collect the maximum amount of validated learning about customers with the least effort.”

Lean Startup Methodology can help your business because it focuses on reducing three major risks that every startup faces: product risk, customer risk, and business model risk. This approach minimizes the unpredictability of the market launch and will steer your company into creating more flexible and innovative services.

Lets cut through the red tape, and help your business get to market ASAP.

Our Approach

Step 1 is sharing your idea (and excitement). Enter the Lab and lets talk about what makes it great, where it will serve its purpose, and how it can be done. Dont worry – its a discussion, not an interrogation 🙂

Once its in that innovation sweet spot, we’ll come up with an action plan and make it happen together.

By leveraging our worldwide network of professionals / skills – we’ll get it designed, built and tested. Our people will make sure its got all bases covered like Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Digital Marketing and tracking (Analytics).

World-changing ideas should never be allowed to fizzle out!

Validated Learning

As part of the lean startup methodology, our goal is to get the product to market as quickly as possible. What this does mean however, is that we had to forego some of the bells and whistles.

Now that your product is out there, we can assign priority to those additional features. What we might find is that something which seemed vital, is not really important to the end users at all. This is the value of real-world data (validated learning). We can decide on which new features would have the biggest impact soonest. This will be our focus for version 2. Prepare to ride the roller-coaster again!

Once you’re confident that the world is ready for your idea, there’s no limit to how much you can improve on an already amazing offering!
